A small IT company, on purpose
Modular Tech Support Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 1 September 2025 and works from Ivybridge in Devon. We look after the computers, networks and accounts that small organisations depend on — and we sell that help in parts, not as one indivisible bundle.
Why we exist
Because most IT contracts are the wrong size
Small organisations are usually offered one of two things: a full managed service priced for a company three times their size, or nothing at all until something breaks.
Both are a bad deal. The first means paying every month for cover you do not use; the second means paying, eventually, in lost days and lost data. Almost every business we meet sits somewhere in between — they need two or three things looked after properly, not twelve.
So we built the company around modules. Six clearly-bounded services, each priced and scoped on its own. You switch on what you need, you can see what it costs, and you can switch it off if it stops being worth it. Nothing is bundled in to pad an invoice.
The other half of the idea is more old-fashioned: you deal with a person who remembers your setup. There is no first-line script and no queue to escalate through, because there is no first line.

Honest advice
Sometimes the right answer is "that machine has two good years left" or "you do not need this module yet". We would rather say so than sell.

Domains, tenants and licences stay in your name. If you ever leave us, everything you need to carry on is already yours.
Finish the job
Work is done when it is documented, tested and handed over — not when the immediate symptom stops.
