Get in touch
One address, read by the person who will do the work. Tell us what is happening and we will reply with an honest view — usually the same working day, and within one business day at the latest.
How to reach us
We keep this simple deliberately. There is no contact form to disappear into and no ticket portal to sign up for — just email, and a reply from a person.
New enquiries, existing clients, quotes and urgent problems all come to this address.
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 UK time, excluding English public holidays. Outside those hours email is still monitored for genuine emergencies affecting existing clients.
On-site across Ivybridge, Plymouth and the South Hams, with wider Devon and Cornwall by arrangement. Remote support anywhere in the UK.
Put URGENT at the front of the subject line and say in one sentence what has stopped. Cases where you cannot trade or data is at risk go to the front of the queue.
What to put in the first email
None of this is compulsory — but the more of it you include, the more useful our first reply will be.
- How many people and machines are involved
- What you are running: Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
- What is happening now, and when it started
- Whether there is a deadline — a move date, an audit, a renewal
- Whether anyone currently supports the setup

Use the same address — info@modulartechs.org — and mention the machine or user affected. If you have agreed a direct number with your engineer, that still works for anything urgent.
Recruitment & sales
We are not currently hiring, and we do not buy services from unsolicited email. Sales approaches sent to this address will not receive a reply.
Before you email
Two quick answers that save a round trip.
No. The initial exchange — describing your setup, us telling you what we think and roughly what it would cost — is free and carries no obligation. We only start charging once you have agreed a scope and price in writing.
Usually, yes. Remote support covers the whole UK and handles most day-to-day problems. Where a job genuinely needs someone in the room — a network install, a physical rollout — distance matters, and we will say honestly if a local firm would serve you better.
